Bajaj has launched the 2025 Pulsar NS400Z in Delhi at a price of Rs 1,92,328 (ex-showroom). The updated motorcycle still uses the familiar 373.27cc advanced-liquid‑cooled single, yet internal tweaks raise output to 39.45 bhp. Engineers have strengthened key parts and improved heat control to handle the extra power during long rides. Thanks to these changes, claimed times now show 0–60 km/h in 2.7 seconds and 0–100 km/h in 6.4 seconds. Top speed climbs seven clicks to 157 km/h, giving riders crisper highway performance than before.
A factory‑fitted bidirectional quickshifter lets riders shift up or down without touching the clutch lever. This feature adds thrill in city traffic and smoothness on open roads. Grip also improves because the front tyre grows to a 110‑section Apollo Alpha H1 and the rear to a 150‑section radial of the same brand. Radial construction allows the sidewalls to flex, keeping more rubber in contact while leaning through corners.
Stopping duties now benefit from sintered front brake pads, which offer stronger bite and longer life than the earlier organic setup. Bajaj pairs the pads with the dual‑channel ABS system carried forward, helping riders slow safely even when the road surface surprises them. Altogether, the larger tyres and new pads promise calmer manners when pushing harder into turns.
The fresh sticker is Rs 11,010 higher than the previous edition, yet only about ₹7,000 above the model’s headline‑grabbing launch tag. Bajaj positions the bike as the most powerful Pulsar while keeping the cost well below many rivals in the segment. Buyers get meaningful performance gains, extra equipment, and slight styling tweaks, including a reshaped radiator cowl that directs hot air away from the rider’s legs.
Bookings have begun at Bajaj dealerships nationwide, and deliveries are set to start within the next few weeks. Company officials expect strong demand from younger enthusiasts seeking an affordable sport‑naked with fresh technology. With its sharper acceleration, upgraded hardware, and modest price jump, the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z aims to continue the Pulsar tradition of offering spirited riding without stretching the budget.
