Auto Expo 2023: Greaves Cotton Unveils 6 New EVs-Bookings Open

At the Auto Expo 2023, Greaves Cotton will display six new electric two- and three-wheelers as well as electric powertrain systems to highlight its expertise in the EV market.

At the Auto Expo 2023, Greaves Cotton also presented the Ampere Primus, a brand-new high-speed e-scooter. It's also important to note that reservations for the Ampere Primus electric scooter are now being accepted.

More specifically, the new Ampere Primus high-speed electric scooter targets young families and millennial commuters by providing respectable performance. The Ampere Primus e-scooter has a top speed of 77 km/h and a genuine range of more than 100 kilometres, among other notable features.

The Ampere Primus e-scooter also comes with 4 rides: Eco, City, Power, and Reverse, and can accelerate from a stop to 40 km/h in less than 5 seconds. The Ampere Primus e-scooter, according to the manufacturer, also features a 3 Kwh LFP battery with a smart BMS that complies with AIS 156 phase 1 regulations.

It's also important to note that the new Ampere Primus e-scooter includes convenience features like Bluetooth connectivity, GPS, and a phone app. The e-scooter also comes in 4 exterior colour options: Buck Black, Havelock Blue, Royal Orange, and Himalayan White.

At the Auto Expo 2023, the firm unveiled 5 other innovative product concepts in addition to the Ampere Primus electric scooter to satisfy the demanding needs of consumers in various market sectors and pricing ranges. These include Greaves ELP, Greaves ELU, Greaves Aero Vision, Ampere NXG, and Ampere NXU.

In more detail, the Ampere NXU is a B2B electric scooter designed for many commercial uses. At the same time, the Ampere NXG is positioned as a sophisticated and elegant electric scooter with an IoT connection. Moreover, the company is eager to highlight that the Ampere NXU may also be utilised as a personal use vehicle.

While the Greaves ELP is positioned as a passenger e3w and the Greaves ELC is positioned as a cargo e3w, the other two vehicles are futuristic Greaves electric three-wheelers. The final vehicle is the Greaves Aero Vision, a futuristic cargo idea.
