2025 KTM 390 Adventure S Set to Launch on 30th January in India

The much-awaited second-generation KTM 390 Adventure S will launch in India on January 30, 2025. The bike was first showcased at the EICMA Motor Show 2024 in Milan, Italy. After that, the Austrian manufacturer displayed this new motorbike in India at the India Bike Week 2024. However, during the first unveiling of this model, KTM didn't provide exact details. But it is anticipated that it will come in a number of variants, including the S and X. Check out the full details here.
 

What to Expect?

Finally, KTM has revealed the 2025 390 Adventure S launch date. The Austrian bike manufacturer may possibly introduce the 390 Enduro R alongside its adventure sibling. The new model has major improvements over its predecessor and closely resembles KTM's bigger adventure motorcycles in terms of appearance.
 

The 390 Adventure is Designed on a brand-new chassis with an updated subframe. Its suspension system consists of a monoshock at the back and fully adjustable WP Apex upside-down forks at the front. Moreover, both ends use disc brakes to control braking functions. The Adventure S model, displayed at IBW 2024, has 17” wired spoke wheels at the rear and 21” in the front.
 

Engine and Features

The 390 Adventure engine is the same 399cc single-cylinder engine used in the 390 Duke. It produces 46 bhp and 39 Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed gearbox. It has a beak-shaped front mudguard, a larger windscreen, broader body panels, and a vertically mounted dual-projector LED headlamp arrangement encircled by DRLs. Additionally, a smaller tail lamp has been added to the tail area, which has been redesigned for a sharper appearance. 
 

Like its KTM 390 Duke counterpart, it has a 5-inch TFT display with a smartphone and Bluetooth connectivity. The electronics package also includes cruise control, which is unique to the Adventure S.
