Long Roads Feel Short

On my first highway trip with the Dominar 400, I realized it’s built for touring. The 373cc engine cruises easily at 100 kmph. The weight makes it feel very stable. The riding posture is comfortable for long hours. It’s not very agile in traffic, but on highways, it feels strong and confident.

Bike Suitable For Highway Trips

The Dominar 400 excels on long highway stretches. The wheelbase is 1453 mm, and the LED projector headlamp lights up night rides effectively. The multi-step adjustable monoshock suspension absorbs bumps well, and tyres feel planted at high speeds. Mileage stays around 25-26 km/l, but low-speed maneuvering in city traffic feels heavy.

More Value for Money Than Dominar 400

My first bike was the Bajaj Dominar 400, and I absolutely loved the performance of its refined 373cc engine. I bought it during my college days when I used to take long rides across the countryside. But now, my routine is more focused on city commuting because of my profession. I needed a bike that was more agile and lightweight but still had the same engine feel I’ve always enjoyed. That’s when the Pulsar NS400Z came into the picture. Trust me, for the price it comes at, there’s no other bike that offers better value. It’s about Rs 50,000 cheaper than the Dominar 400, yet it provides more features like traction control, a fully digital screen, and modern styling. Highly recommended!
