Yamaha has once again increased the prices of several products in India. This time, the company revised the prices of the Yamaha FZ-X and the Yamaha RayZR 125 range. The company says higher logistics and material expenses caused the latest price adjustment. However, the increase remains small and may not affect most buying decisions significantly.
In addition, Yamaha two-wheelers recently raised prices for models like the Aerox 155, MT-15, R15, and XSR 155. This shows the company continues adjusting prices across its complete portfolio.

The FZ-X remains one of the brand’s most stylish commuter motorcycles. It combines retro-inspired design with modern everyday usability. Moreover, the motorcycle targets riders looking for something different from regular street bikes.
Following the latest revision, the standard FZ-X motorbike now costs Rs. 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the DLX variant now carries a price tag of Rs. 1.43 lakh. The standard variant became costlier by Rs. 2,500. On the other hand, Yamaha increased the DLX version price by Rs. 2,800.
Despite the revised pricing, the motorcycle remains mechanically unchanged. It still uses a 149cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 12.2bhp and 13.3Nm torque. The engine focuses more on smooth city riding than outright performance. Perhaps, this calm nature makes the bike suitable for office commuters and relaxed touring riders.
The FZ-X also gets a muscular fuel tank, upright handlebar, and comfortable riding posture. In addition, features like LED lighting and Bluetooth connectivity improve the overall ownership experience. Many buyers also appreciate the bike’s soft suspension setup during daily traffic rides.

The brand has also increased prices of the RayZR 125 scooter range by Rs. 2,200. This revision applies to all four available variants in India. The base drum brake variant now costs Rs. 76,960, ex-showroom Delhi. Meanwhile, the standard disc brake model costs Rs. 83,760.
The deluxe variant now carries a price tag of Rs. 84,660. On the other hand, the top-spec Street Rally version now costs Rs. 89,760. Interestingly, Yamaha had already increased RayZR prices earlier in April 2026. Therefore, this latest hike comes within a short period.
The Yamaha RayZR 125 scooty continues using a 125cc air-cooled engine paired with a CVT gearbox. The motor produces 8.04 bhp and 10.3 Nm torque. Unlike traditional family scooters, the RayZR focuses more on sporty styling and lightweight handling. In addition, Yamaha offers sharp bodywork and youthful graphics across the lineup.
The Street Rally variant especially attracts younger riders with its rugged styling touches. It also gets LED DRLs, answer-back function, and side-stand engine cut-off feature. Furthermore, the Yamaha scooter offers a large 21-litre under-seat storage compartment for better practicality. This makes it suitable for daily city usage and short errands.
