Yamaha has launched the new FZ-RAVE in India at Rs. 1,17,218 ex-showroom Delhi. The motorcycle continues the trusted FZ legacy but introduces a smoother, more city-focused setup. The bike comes with a sharp look, refined power delivery, and agile handling for the urban riders.
In addition, Yamaha has developed this version for everyday comfort with a classy feel. The FZ-RAVE is sure to impress young commuters who want both style and substance.

The Yamaha FZ-RAVE brings in a new design language that feels sporty yet practical for daily use. It features a full LED projector headlamp with position light, a sculpted fuel tank with side vents, and a short exhaust that keeps the tail section compact.
Besides, the single-piece seat ensures comfortable rides, and the LED tail lamp adds a neat finish. This model is available in two shades: Matte Titan and Metallic Black, both with a modern look.
At its heart, the Yamaha FZ-RAVE employs a 149cc air-cooled engine that develops 12.2bhp. The motor is mated with a 5-speed gearbox, tuned for easy acceleration and calm mid-range delivery.
Hence, it does well in stop and go traffic without demanding frequent gear changes. The engine aims at smoothness and efficiency rather than all-out power, making it ideal for everyday rides.
With a wet weight of only 136kg, the Yamaha FZ-RAVE is effortless to handle in tight city spaces. The 17-inch wheels improve stability and responsiveness while the lightweight build enhances quick maneuverability.
It thus feels balanced and confident during turns or lane changes. Added to this, the 13-liter fuel tank returns a decent range for both city commutes and short weekend runs.
The FZ-RAVE gets disc brakes at both the front and rear, with the aid of a single-channel ABS system. This provides better control in the case of hard braking and on uneven tarmac. Furthermore, the suspension setup has been tweaked to absorb bumps normally found on the road daily, and is thus stable and comfortable.
