Bi-Weekly Two-Wheeler News Updates: Ather, Revolt, Ducati & More

The Indian two-wheeler market remained busy this week with several important launches and fresh updates. Ather introduced new colour options for the Ather 450X, while Revolt launched the new Revolt RVX electric motorcycle. In addition, Keeway entered the premium electric scooter segment with the Keeway Hypevolt-R. Ducati also launched the 2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally in India. Meanwhile, Triumph continued testing the upcoming Triumph Bonneville 400 before its expected launch later this year. Here are all the major highlights from the week.

Ather 450X Gets New Overtones Colours

Ather launched the new Ather 450X Overtones variant at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 1.57 lakh. The electric scooter now comes in Still White, Space Grey, and Lunar Grey colour options. In addition, the company replaced the older 700W charger with a faster 900W unit, reducing charging time by around 30 percent.

However, Ather 450X continues with the same 6.4 kW motor, offers a top speed of 90 kmph, and comes with 2.9 kWh and 3.5 kWh battery options.

Revolt RVX Electric Motorcycle Launched

Revolt expanded its electric motorcycle lineup with the launch of the Revolt RVX. The new motorcycle carries an introductory price of Rs. 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom) and delivers a claimed IDC-certified range of 160 km.

In addition, the Revolt RVX features a 3.24 kWh removable battery, four riding modes, Bluetooth connectivity, hill-hold assist, reverse mode, and OTA updates. The motorcycle also reaches a top speed of 90 kmph, making it suitable for daily commuting.

Keeway Hypevolt-R Enters Premium EV Segment

Keeway launched the Keeway Hypevolt-R electric maxi-scooter at Rs. 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The scooter comes with a 12 kW peak motor and claims an IDC-certified riding range of 180 km.

Perhaps its biggest highlight is the long feature list. Buyers get traction control, dual-channel ABS, cruise control, hill hold control, blind spot detection, a rear reverse camera, and a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity.

2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally Arrives in India

Ducati introduced the 2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally in India with prices starting from Rs. 32.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The adventure motorcycle now features a larger 30-litre fuel tank, making it more suitable for long-distance touring.

In addition, the Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally offers semi-active suspension, radar-based adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection, heated grips, and an automatic lowering device. The motorcycle continues with its powerful 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine.

Triumph Bonneville 400 Spotted Testing Again

Triumph once again tested the upcoming Triumph Bonneville 400 on Indian roads. The latest spy images suggest the motorcycle could arrive around September 2026.

However, the new model looks quite different from the Triumph Speed 400. It features a larger fuel tank, bench-style seat, wire-spoke wheels, telescopic front forks, and classic Bonneville styling. In addition, reports suggest the motorcycle will use a differently tuned 349cc liquid-cooled engine focused on comfortable riding.
