TVS Sales Report May 2024: Sold 3,59,590 Units & 13% Growth

TVS Motor Company reported a 13% increase in total two-wheeler sales for May 2024 compared to May 2023. The company sold 3,59,590 units, up from 3,19,295 units last year. Motorcycle sales grew by 7%, in May 2024, 1,73,627 units were sold compared to 1,62,248 units in April 2023. 
 

Furthermore, scooter sales also surged by 20%, reaching 1,45,305 units compared to 1,21,156 units in the same month last year. This growth reflects strong consumer demand for TVS bikes and scooters in the market. 
 

TVS’s Domestic & Exports Two-Wheeler Sales In May 2024
 

In May 2024, TVS Motor Company witnessed a 7% growth in domestic two-wheeler sales. The brand has sold 2,71,140 units compared to 2,52,690 units in May 2023. Additionally, exports of TVS two-wheelers increased by 33%, rising from 66,605 units in May 2023 to 88,450 units in May 2024. 
 

This indicates strong demand for TVS scooters and motorcycles both within India and internationally. The company's performance shows a positive trend in the market.
 

TVS Electric Vehicles May 2024 Sales 
 

TVS recorded significant growth in electric vehicle (EV) sales, reaching 18,674 units compared to 17,953 units in May 2023. The company has seen a decent 4% increase in EV sales. This surge highlights the increasing interest and adoption of electric vehicles in India.
