TVS has introduced a new dark green colour for its flagship petrol-powered scooter, the Ntorq 150. The new colour has reached showrooms ahead of its official launch. The performance focused scooter currently comes in two variants, with prices starting at Rs. 1.12 lakh. In addition, the new shade brings another colour option for buyers who want a different look.

The new TVS Ntorq 150 features a dark green shade that looks almost black, with hints of Nitro Green highlights. However, TVS has not announced the official name of this colour yet. The company has also not confirmed when it will officially launch the new shade.
Currently, the Ntorq 150 comes in Tornado Blue, Stealth Silver, Racing Red and Nitro Green. The Nitro Green option is exclusive to the TFT variant. If TVS adds the new dark green shade to the lineup, buyers will have five colour options to choose from.
Perhaps the most interesting detail is that the images show the scooter with a TFT display. This suggests that TVS may offer the new colour with the top TFT variant. However, the company has not confirmed whether the new shade will remain exclusive to this variant or become available with the Standard model as well.
The new colour does not appear to bring any mechanical changes. This TVS scooter is expected to retain its current 149.7cc, single cylinder, air cooled engine. This engine produces 13 bhp of power and 14.2Nm of peak torque.
In addition, the scooter continues to offer Standard and TFT variants with Bluetooth enabled connected features. The TFT variant gets a colour display, while both versions focus on performance and everyday riding needs. TVS has not announced any changes to the scooter’s features or specifications alongside the new colour.
The TVS Ntorq 150 Standard variant costs Rs. 1.12 lakh, while the TFT variant costs Rs. 1.22 lakh. Both prices are ex showroom. However, TVS has yet to confirm whether the new dark green colour will carry an additional cost.
The scooter competes with models such as the Aprilia SXR GT 175, which costs around Rs. 1.30 lakh. With the new shade, TVS could attract buyers looking for a more distinctive colour option. However, we will have to wait for the official announcement to learn more about its availability and pricing.
