Tork Motor Opens 3 New Showrooms in Gujarat

The stores were inaugurated in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, and now four Tork dealerships are present in Gujarat.

Pune-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Tork Motors recently expanded its presence in Gujarat by inaugurating three new showrooms in the state. The company has opened two experience zones in Rajkot and one in Ahmedabad. These showrooms will not only offer the Tork Kratos R electric motorcycle for sale but also provide after-sales services, including retail of spare parts. 

Showrooms will allow Visitors to take a test ride of the electric motorcycle. Tork Motors now has four retail stores in Gujarat, with a presence in Surat, Rajkot, and Ahmedabad. 

Launch, Price and Delivery Details of Tork Kratos R

Tork Motors debuted in the Indian market last year with the launch of the Kratos R electric motorcycle. The brand has made multiple updates to the bike since then and recently exhibited a refreshed version at this year's Auto Expo. The Kratos R is available at an Ex-Showroom price of Rs 1.32 lakh. 

Tork Motors offers financing options, allowing buyers to opt for monthly EMIs as low as Rs 3,000 to make it more accessible to users. The deliveries of the Kratos R commenced in March of this year, with the successful delivery of 50 units of the electric motorcycle in Pune. 

Specification and Features of Tork Kratos R

The Tork Kratos R electric motorcycle boasts some impressive specifications and features. It is equipped with an axial flux PMSM that delivers 9kW of power and 38 Nm of torque. This powertrain enables the Kratos R to achieve a claimed range of approximately 180 km per charge. The top speed of the electric motorcycle is stated to be 105 mph.

The battery pack of the Kratos R takes approximately 4-5 hours to charge fully. It offers convenient features such as three riding modes, including Eco, City, and Sports. It allows riders to choose their preferred performance and range settings. The regenerative braking system helps in energy recovery while decelerating.

Additionally, the electric motorcycle includes a reverse mode, mobile connectivity, USB charging port, and an anti-theft system. The other features of the bike are a front storage box and OTA updates for software enhancements.

The Hardware of Tork Kratos R

In terms of hardware, the Tork Kratos R features a sturdy trellis frame that provides stability and strength. It is equipped with telescopic front forks and a rear mono-shock for responsive and comfortable suspension. The electric motorcycle has disc brakes on both wheels for effective stopping power.
