Suzuki Motorcycle India has updated its popular Access 125 scooter with a new safety feature. The scooter is now available with a single-channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), which makes it one of the first mass-market 125cc scooters in India to offer this option. Also, the prices for the Suzuki Access ABS start at Rs 92,328 (ex-showroom).
The addition of ABS is aimed at improving rider safety, especially during sudden or panic braking. This feature helps prevent the front wheel from locking, which can be useful on wet roads, loose gravel, or during monsoon riding. However, Suzuki has also reminded riders that ABS is only a support feature and safe riding habits remain important.

The Suzuki Access ABS is offered in two variants. The first is the Access Ride Connect ABS Edition, priced at Rs 92,328. This version comes with five colour options including Metallic Mat Black No.2, Metallic Mat Stellar Blue, Pearl Grace White, Solid Ice Green, and Pearl Shiny Beige.
Above it sits the Access Ride Connect TFT ABS Edition, priced at Rs 98,378 (ex-showroom). This variant offers similar colours but replaces Pearl Shiny Beige with the exclusive Pearl Mat Aqua Silver shade. In addition, this version features a colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and navigation support.
The Access ABS continues to use a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that meets the latest emission norms. The engine produces around 8.3 bhp of power and 10.2 Nm of torque, which is paired with a CVT automatic gearbox.
Suzuki claims that the addition of ABS does not affect fuel efficiency, acceleration, or ride comfort. The scooter also retains its familiar suspension setup with telescopic forks at the front and a swingarm at the rear.
In addition to ABS, the Suzuki Access continues to offer practical features that make it popular among daily riders. It gets a 24.4-litre under-seat storage, a front glove box, an external fuel lid, and LED headlamps.
The scooter has a seat height of 773 mm and a kerb weight of 105 kg, which makes it easy to handle for most riders. Suzuki has also introduced attractive ownership offers, including low-interest finance options and limited-period promotional benefits.
