Royal Enfield Sherpa 650: The Upcoming Scrambler Motorcycle to Watch Out For

Royal Enfield is set to launch its new scrambler motorcycle, the Sherpa 650, in India soon. The Sherpa 650, a much anticipated 650cc scrambler, will soon be unveiled by Royal Enfield. The motorcycle has been seen numerous times during testing, and its formal release in India is anticipated for early 2024.

 A higher front fender, a flatter seat, and an exhaust system designed specifically for off-road use are a few of the modifications done on the bike. The Sherpa 650 will have spoked wheels and knobby tires to complement its off-road aptitude and increase its capacity for adventurous riding.

Design:

• The Sherpa 650 is likely to borrow design cues from the Hunter 350 and the Interceptor 650.
• It will feature an all-LED headlamp, a long single-piece seat, a beefy exhaust, and an option to choose alloys or spoke wheels.
• The motorcycle will have a retro look with modern touches.

Engine:

• The Sherpa 650 will be powered by a 648cc, parallel-twin engine that will produce 46.3bhp at 7,250rpm and a peak torque of 52.3Nm at 5,650rpm.
• It will use the same engine as the Interceptor, Continental, and Super Meteor.

Safety:

• The Sherpa 650 will come equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels for the safety of the rider.

Accessories:

• The Sherpa 650 will come with a host of original accessories to customize the motorcycle.

Launch Date:

• The Sherpa 650 is expected to be launched in India soon, although an official launch date has not been announced yet.
