Auto Expo 2023: QJMotor, Tork and Ultraviolette are to be present

At the Auto Expo 2023, there will be up to 18 different two-wheeler brands that will be participating.

After a two-year break, Asia's biggest auto exhibition will make a comeback at the 2023 Auto Expo. EVs have gone a long way from being the underdogs to competing head-to-head with ICE OEMs, and this year; there will be a variety of EV manufacturers present. The complete AARI (Adishwar Auto Ride Pvt. Ltd.) group, which includes newcomers to the Indian ICE market, will also be present. Let's examine more closely what each business will present at the exhibition.

EV Manufacturers at Auto Expo 2023

Matter Energy

At the Auto Expo 2023, Matter Energy, located in Ahmedabad, will introduce its initial product. A liquid-cooled battery pack and a 4-speed gearbox are two electric bike innovations that the Matter Energy e-bike introduces. The (yet-unnamed) Matter e-bike will be available in three models, with deliveries set to begin in April 2023.

LML Emotion

The LML brand will be making a comeback in an electric form. LML introduced the Star e-scooter and Moonshot e-bike ideas a few months ago after trademark applications for its goods. The Star is a maxi-style electric concept, and given its sporty look, it may be a product with a focus on performance. The Moonshot has a peculiar appearance and a strong supermoto vibe. It has a changeable battery pack and pedal assistance.

Tork Motors

At the Auto Expo 2023, Tork Motors plans to debut a brand-new electric bike. This model may be a low-cost entry point into the brand's lineup. Alongside it,Tork will also display the upgraded Kratos R e-bike, albeit there are only minor, aesthetic differences.

Ultraviolette Automotive

The F77 electric bike, which is presently the most costly battery-powered two-wheeler for sale in India, will be displayed by Bengaluru-based startup Ultraviolette Automotive at Auto Expo 2023. Just over a month ago, the Ultraviolette F77 made its public debut. It is available in two variations: Original and Recon, with stated IDC ranges of 207 km and 307 km, respectively. The price for the former is Rs 3.80 lakh, while the price for the latter is Rs 4.55 lakh. In addition, a limited edition version of the F77 was also made available by Ultraviolette for Rs 5.5 lakh, and all 77 of those devices have already been sold.

ICE brands at Auto Expo 2023

Benelli, Keeway and MBP

Benelli, Keeway, and MBP (Moto Bologna Passione), Chinese-owned brands with European roots, will be present at Auto Expo 2023. While Keeway has recently joined the market, Benelli has been present in India for some time. Keeway now retails seven items in India, including motorcycles and scooters, and it will be debuting its eighth product, the SR250, at the Auto Expo. In addition, the M502N, a mid-capacity naked bike, will be the first MBP brand product to be introduced in India at the Auto Expo.

Moto Vault - Zontes, Moto Morini and QJMotor

At the 2023 Auto Expo, Moto Vault, which sells bikes under the Zontes, Moto Morini, and QJMotor brands, will also be present. Moto Vault is included under the banner of Adishwar Auto Ride India Pvt Ltd., just like Benelli, Keeway, and MBP. While no new launches have been revealed, expect Moto Vault to present various goods from all three of its brands at Auto Expo.

Brands not present at Auto Expo 2023

Market leaders in the mainstream EV space, including Ola Electric, Ather Energy, TVS (with the iQube), and Bajaj (with the Chetak), will boycott the 2023 Auto Expo.

The top ICE two-wheeler manufacturers, including Hero, Honda, Suzuki, Royal Enfield, and Yamaha, won't be at the 2023 Auto Expo. Instead, international companies, including Ducati, Harley-Davidson, BMW Motorrad, Kawasaki, and the Piaggio group, will follow suit.
