Oben Electric has launched the Oben Rorr EVO in India with a strong focus on everyday usability. The company has introduced it at an attractive starting price for early buyers. For the first 10,000 customers, the bike costs around Rs 1 lakh. However, the regular price goes up to Rs 1.25 lakh after that.
This pricing clearly targets budget-conscious riders. In addition, it places the motorcycle in the growing mass-market electric segment. The company seems to aim at riders who want performance and savings together.

The Rorr EVO runs on a 9kW electric motor, which delivers quick acceleration. It can go from 0 to 40 km/h in about three seconds. That makes it quite fast for city traffic conditions. The top speed stands at 110 km/h, which suits both urban and short highway rides.
The bike uses a 3.4kWh or 3.5kWh LFP battery pack, depending on the variant. It offers a claimed range of 180 km on a single charge. However, real-world usage may give around 100 to 150 km, depending on riding habits.
The battery can charge from 0 to 80% in about 90 minutes using a fast charger. In addition, the battery comes with an 8-year warranty, which adds long-term peace of mind.

The Rorr EVO features a sporty streetfighter design with sharp body panels. It also gets a projector LED headlamp with a unique light signature. This gives the bike a bold road presence.
The motorcycle uses a trellis frame for better strength and stability. It gets telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock with seven-step adjustment. In addition, the bike offers 200 mm ground clearance, which helps on rough roads.
Interestingly, the bike uses a chain drive system. This setup feels familiar to traditional riders. It also improves efficiency, according to the company.

The Rorr EVO comes with a five-inch TFT display. It supports smartphone connectivity, navigation, and ride data. Riders can also see call and message alerts on the screen.
In addition, the bike offers several smart features. These include geo-fencing, theft protection, and remote diagnostics. It also gets fall detection and emergency alerts for safety.
The motorcycle includes four riding modes like Eco and performance modes. Perhaps the most unique feature is SmartIQ. This AI-based system studies riding patterns and adjusts power delivery. It can improve range by up to 15 % in some cases.
The Rorr EVO focuses on daily practicality as well. It offers 6 litres of under-seat storage and 4 litres in the tank area. This helps riders carry small items easily.
The long seat design improves comfort for both rider and passenger. In addition, the bike weighs around 140 kg, which makes it manageable in city traffic. Bookings have already started at Rs. 777 and deliveries are expected to begin from June 2026. The bike comes in four colours, including red, blue, black, and white.
