MBP C1002V Cruiser Breaks Cover at Auto Expo 2023

Chinese-owned Italian company - MBP has finally entered the Indian market and unveiled its new product range at Auto Expo 2023. The business has begun its India innings with two bikes, the most expensive of which is the C1002V cruiser, to be retailed by Adishwar Auto Ride. The motorbike will compete with products from Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycle.

The massive and weighty style of the MBP C1002V drew a lot of attention during the Expo. The motorbike has a large wheelbase and a low-slung attitude, as is typical with cruisers. It has a bulbous fuel tank with pointed extensions, a scooped rider's seat, and a hefty tail portion. A majority of visible bulk comes from the huge V-twin engine, shotgun-style dual exhausts, and exceptionally broad front and rear tyres.

Modern amenities such as a five-inch TFT screen, cruise control, an anti-theft auto shutdown function, a panic button, and switchable engine maps complement its brawny style. The MBP C1002V comes with a 997cc V-Twin engine with cylinders angled at 80 degrees with power and torque outputs of 94bhp and 102 Nm, respectively. The high-end hardware kit is appropriate, given its displacement and performance, with upside-down forks and twin disc brakes up front.
