Jawa 42 & Yezdi Roadster Gets New Colour Options for 2023

JawaYezdi Motorcycles has announced new colours for the Yezdi Roadster and Jawa 42 following the launch of the limited-edition 42 Tawang in India. The Jawa 42 now comes in a new Metallic Cosmic Carbon colour, while the Yezdi Roadster gets a Crimson Dual Tone colour with a gloss finish. This colour scheme is similar to that of the Jawa 42 Bobber.

The new Jawa 42 Cosmic Carbon costs Rs 1,95,142, while the Yezdi Roadster Crimson Dual Tone costs Rs 2,03,829 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).

New paint themes are the only thing that has changed. Both motorcycles' respective engines are still present, and their mechanical specs are unaffected. As a result, the 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine in the Yezdi Roadster continues to produce a maximum of 29.2 bhp and a maximum torque of 28.9 5Nm. The Jawa 42, meanwhile, is propelled by a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 294.72 cc engine that generates 26.9 bhp and 26.84 Nm. There is a six-speed transmission on both motorcycles. The assist and slipper clutch mechanisms on the Yezdi Roadster also help.

In other news, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles intends to add more stores to its existing network in India. The company currently has roughly 400 touchpoints throughout India, and by the end of this year, it hopes to have 500.
