Honda Company announced the sale of 250,171 units in December 2022

The brand Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India sold 250,171 units in the last month of the year 2022, which can be seen as a tremendous sale for the company.

The total sale includes domestic sales of 233,151 units and exports of 17,020 units during the same month. According to the company, domestic sales rose 11% in December compared to 210,638 units in the same period last year.

Ending the calendar year positively, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India announced their Success cheerfully. The celebration of an 11% increase in domestic sales could be clearly seen in the announcement. 

Atsushi Ogata, Managing Director, President and CEO of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said: “The market is gaining sustained momentum compared to previous months and year on year. Factors such as a healthy festival season, a good rainy season and an increased demand for personal mobility have been well-influenced by the increase in customer referrals and inquiries. Our entire network interacts closely with customers through online and offline channels, thus opening up opportunities for growth in the near future. As we enter 2023, we expect continued improvement in consumer sentiment, along with increased efforts to improve the economy and infrastructure, to further build momentum.”

Honda has established itself as a powerful brand after its separation from Hero. It kept on improving the mileage and design of its bikes. Honda Shine is the top-selling bike of Honda, followed by the Honda Activa 5g. The unique design of the Honda unicorn also attracted the attention of people, and as a result, it became the third-largest-selling bike Honda.
