Hero Revealed Xoom 160 & Xoom 125R at EICMA 2023

Hero displayed its new electric scooters - the Xoom 160 & Xoom 125R at EICMA 2023. These scooters are coming with a new 250 cc motorcycle concept.
 

Xoom 160: Specs & Features 

The Xoom 160 will be powered by a liquid-cooled, 156cc, single-cylinder engine, producing 14 bhp at 8,000 rpm & 13.7 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm. Moreover, this scooter will be equipped with Hero’s patented i3s stop-start technology & a silent starter. The scooter will weigh 141 kg. 
 

In addition, this scooter will be supported by a telescopic fork/twin shock absorber setup. Xoom will roll on 14-inch wheels with dual-purpose tyres. The Hero Xoom will feature a fully digital dash, a remote seat opening & 2-split LED headlights.
 

Xoom 125R: Specs & Features

Sitting above the Xoom 110 in the lineup, the Xoom 125R will be powered by an air-cooled, 124.6cc, single-cylinder engine. The engine will produce 9.5 bhp & 10.14 Nm torque. In addition, this engine delivers higher power output but offers slightly less torque compared to Hero's other 125 cc scooters.
 

Moreover, this scooter will feature a fully digital dash with Bluetooth connectivity, enabling turn-by-turn navigation. The Xoom 125R will also be equipped with sequential LED indicators that are only featured in high-end German luxury cars. So, let’s see what the future holds for these scooters.
