The 2026 Yamaha Fascino has been seen ahead of its official launch at a dealership location. The updated scooter shows visible styling changes, mainly at the rear section & colour scheme. Moreover, this sighting suggests that the launch could happen soon in the Indian market. The scooter continues its retro design theme, however, a few updates give it a slightly fresh look. In addition, the new version may arrive with a small price increase over the current model.
The upcoming Fascino will continue with its retro design, however, it now gets a refreshed rear look. Moreover, the new matte colour scheme adds a fresh touch to the overall appearance. The engine setup remains unchanged, therefore, buyers can expect the same riding performance. In addition, the expected price increase could be minimal, keeping it close to the current range.
The spotted model features a redesigned rear section with a smaller and more compact taillight unit. Moreover, the scooter now gets split bulb indicators, which slightly change its overall rear appearance. The new paint scheme includes a matte grey finish with black and yellow graphics on the body panels. In addition, the ‘Fascino S’ badge appears in a black metallic finish on this SPL variant.
The scooter is expected to continue with the same 125cc, air cooled, single cylinder engine setup. It produces around 8bhp and 10.3Nm, therefore, performance figures are likely to remain unchanged. Moreover, no major updates are expected in terms of engine or mechanical parts.
The updated model may arrive at a slightly higher price compared to the current version in India. Currently, the Fascino 125 starts at Rs. 74,910, however, SPL variants begin at Rs. 88,800. Hence, the new version could see a small increase in pricing.
