Getting Familiar With My New Jawa 42

I recently purchased the Jawa 42, and the digital display was one of the first details I paid attention to. It keeps the cockpit looking clean while giving me the information I need during a ride. The wider tyres give the bike a planted look, and I can feel their presence when taking corners or moving across uneven sections. I am still getting used to the bike, but these details have already shaped my first impression. It feels like a motorcycle with plenty left for me to discover.

Neo-retro character with punchy performance!

The new All Star model gets attention everywhere. The 294.72 cc engine delivers a surprisingly sharp, rev happy performance with that signature twin exhaust note. On open stretches, it easily pushes up to a 130 kmph top speed, holding high speeds with excellent straight line stability. The low seat height makes handling in traffic effortless, though the rear suspension feels stiff over deep potholes. For riders wanting retro styling paired with spunky modern performance, it's a super fun machine to own.

Classic Style With Modern Features

The Jawa 42 feels reassuring when traffic gets unpredictable, especially with its anti lock braking system. I feel more confident when I need to brake suddenly or slow down quickly. The LED headlight also works well for evening rides and gives the front a clean look. I prefer having good visibility without the bike losing its classic appearance. These are the kind of things I appreciate more after using the bike regularly.
