The love for retro motorcycles has grown steadily over the years, and Indian riders clearly enjoy bikes that look classic but feel modern. In 2025, several retro-style motorcycles grabbed attention, and 2026 is shaping up to be even more exciting.
Many brands are preparing new launches that combine timeless design with updated engines, better features, and cleaner technology. Here is a look at some of the most-awaited retro motorcycle launches expected this year.

It looks like Royal Enfield is gearing up for the electric motorcycle market with its Flying Flea series. The Flying Flea C6 is expected to be launched in March 2026 and has a complete vintage roadster design. The most interesting thing about it is that it has a girder-style front suspension setup, which is hard to find even on modern motorcycles.
In addition, the Flying Flea S6 comes with a scrambler version going for a more adventurous look, complete with rugged tires. Both electric bikes are designed for lifestyle use rather than speed.

Royal Enfield also plans to expand its petrol lineup with larger engines. The Bullet 650, shown at MotoVerse 2025, blends the iconic Bullet design with a powerful 650cc twin-cylinder engine. This bike may appeal to riders who love the Bullet’s classic look but want stronger performance.

Meanwhile, the Interceptor 750 and Continental GT 750 are also on the way. These bikes are expected to offer more power, better braking, and modern features like a TFT display. However, they will still keep their familiar retro roadster and cafe racer identities.

Suzuki is expected to launch their GSX-8T model in India by the end of 2026. This bike features modern design language, along with some roadster characteristics. Its engine is known to power Suzuki’s larger bikes, ensuring it delivers dynamic power. Furthermore, its design will help Suzuki make their presence felt in India’s neo-retros.

Triumph is also working on a new Bonneville 350, which may turn out to be the most budget-friendly motorcycle offering from Triumph in India. The upcoming motorcycle is expected to have a classic Bonneville design, which will be powered by a brand-new engine of 350cc engine. Maybe this time, Triumph has a chance to compete favorably against Royal Enfield's and Honda's popular retro-range motorcycles.
