Last week was filled with several major updates from the global motorcycle industry as EICMA 2025 unveiled many new machines. These products spanned across retro cruisers, adventure bikes, premium tourers, & performance street models. What's more, many of these are headed to our shores soon, which makes them all the more relevant for local bikers. So, this news compares the key highlights in simple and easy ways for readers who only want quick updates.
These unveils are important because India continues to be a vital market for both premium and mass segment motorcycles 2025. Also, brands often introduce their global models in India within months of international unveils. So, these updates provide insights to riders on what to expect through late 2024 & 2025. Moreover, the mixed variety across styles and engines gives buyers more choices in different categories.

Royal Enfield took the wraps off the Bullet 650 in global markets with an overall design that remains very true to its historic character. The model retains its classic theme through its teardrop tank, hand painted pinstripes, and LED headlamp. Additionally, the winged badge keeps the old charm alive. Power comes from the same 648cc air cooled engine used on the Interceptor 650. Hence, the new Bullet combines rich tradition with silky smooth performance; it might reach India in 2025.

Entering EICMA 2025 as a compact adventurer, it gets a new parallel-twin 420cc motor churning out 47.5 bhp and 43 Nm. Adding to that, the 135 degree crank offset and balance shaft will keep things calm on long hauls. A 14 litre fuel tank should help with over 350km between fuel stops. Thus, the F 450 GS is built around stability and good long-distance capability.

Hero MotoCorp updated the Xpulse 210 Dakar Edition with significant changes that make it better equipped for rougher terrain. Suspension travel at both ends is now up to 280mm a big jump over the standard bike. Additionally, this setup also gets adjustability to help riders tune the bike for different surfaces. The longer suspension raises the ground clearance to 270mm. This, in turn, makes the Dakar Edition much more capable over off road challenges in 2025.

Hero is also readying the Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition with a number of potent updates. The redesigned front section has a sharper look and appears more like the Xtreme 250R. Additionally, the new LCD console makes the motorcycle feel fresher. The important inclusions are ride by wire throttle, cruise control, and three ride modes. Thus, the Combat Edition is more sophisticated compared to the regular 160R. The model has already arrived at select dealerships.

Ducati introduced the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak in India with a strong focus on road performance in 2025. The motorcycle gets power from a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine making 168 bhp and 123.8 Nm. Besides, the forged rims and MotoGP-styled colours underline the model's sporty character. This variant also comes up with advantages like offering long service intervals thereby enabling riders to enjoy fewer maintenance breaks. Further, the electronics package enhances bike control during fast tourer rides. Deliveries have already commenced in all major Indian cities.
