Made in India TVS Ronin Launched In Indonesia

TVS Motors announced the launch of its Ronin, a 225cc motorbike (made in India), in the Indonesian market. However, unlike India, the Indonesian market will receive two variants of this motorcycle: SS and TD.

Design and Colour of TVS Ronin SS and TD

The Ronin SS Version is the lower-spec model in the Ronin range. It features single-tone paint, indicating that the motorcycle will have a single colour scheme throughout its bodywork. Additionally, it is equipped with single-channel ABS.

The TD version, on the other side is the top model in the Ronin range. It stands out with triple-tone paint, suggesting that the motorcycle will feature a three-colour scheme. Furthermore, it is equipped with dual-channel ABS. 

Engine Specifications of TVS Ronin SS and TD 

The SS and TD versions are powered by a 225cc single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine. It produces a maximum power output of 20.1 hp at 7,750 rpm and peak torque of 19.93 Nm at 3,750 rpm. The engine is attached to a five-speed gearbox, enabling smooth and precise gear shifts. 

Suspension of TVS Ronin Variants

The Suspension of the variants features upside-down front forks, which provide enhanced stability and precise handling by reducing unsprung weight. A seven-step preload-adjustable mono-shock handles the rear suspension duties. The braking system consists of a 300mm disc at the front and a 240mm rotor at the back. 

Features and Availability of TVS Ronin

The feature list on the top-spec model comprises two modes for ABS: rain and urban. It also features Glide Through Technology and Smart Bluetooth connectivity with voice and ride assistance. The Ronin range will be available for purchase at selected TVS Motor outlets across the country starting from July 2023.
