Honda has revealed the Shine 125 Limited Edition on its official Indian website without a formal announcement. The motorcycle appears online with updated visuals, hence indicating that the launch could happen very soon. However, the brand has not shared pricing details yet, & an official launch date is also awaited. This new edition is based on the top spec disc brake variant and mainly focuses on cosmetic updates. Therefore, buyers looking for a familiar commuter with a fresh appearance may find this version appealing.

The Honda Shine 125 Limited Edition comes finished in a new Pearl Siren Blue paint scheme. Moreover, Honda has added revised ‘Shine’ decals on the fuel tank, which look sharper than before. Chrome touches on the front visor, side panels, and exhaust cover add a premium feel. In addition, the Pyrite Brown alloy wheels contrast well with the blue shade and match the graphics neatly. Hence, the overall look feels more distinctive compared to the regular Shine 125 models.

Mechanically, the Limited Edition continues with the same 123.94cc air cooled single cylinder engine. This motor is BS6 compliant, E20 fuel ready, and produces 10.8PS power with 11Nm torque. However, the five speed gearbox setup remains unchanged from the standard version. Features like the LCD instrument cluster, silent starter, and idle stop start system are retained. Moreover, Honda continues to offer a USB Type C charging port for added daily convenience.
Since this edition is based on the higher variant, it gets a 240mm front disc brake. Other specifications like 113kg kerb weight, 162mm ground clearance, & 791mm seat height stay identical. In addition, the bike uses 18 inch wheels at both ends and a 10.5 litre fuel tank.
Honda has not announced the Limited Edition price yet, therefore estimates are based on past editions. The bike is expected to cost around Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,500 more than the current disc variant. At present, the Honda Shine 125 Disc is priced at Rs 85,211, ex-showroom Delhi. Hence, the Limited Edition could launch shortly, as it is already visible on Honda’s website.
