Harley-Davidson X440 Re-Opened Bookings | 1,000 Bikes Already Delivered

The much-anticipated deliveries of the Harley-Davidson X440 were started on October 15 by Hero MotoCorp. Deliveries were made through 100 dealerships across India, including standalone Harley-Davidson & select Hero MotoCorp outlets. 
 

Major Information About The Harley-Davidson X440 Launch & Re-Opening

The bike was previously launched in July 2023. Interestingly, it garnered a massive over 25,000 bookings in just the first month of launching. The Hero had to close bookings in the country temporarily, and the price was also increased across the range due to the high demand. Well, now, Hero has reopened bookings across existing Harley dealers & through select premium Hero dealerships. Additionally, the company has also opened online booking for the second time now.
 

Price & Variants of the Harley-Davidson X440

The bike is available in 3 variants - Denim, Vivid & S. The Denim variant costs Rs. 2,39,500, the Vivid variant costs Rs. 2,59,500 & the S variant costs Rs. 2,79,500. Overall, the price range clearly signifies a hike of Rs. 10,500 per model over the launch price.

Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero MotoCorp, stated, “It will be our endeavor to complete all deliveries over the next 4-5 months. Our supply chain is already in the process of ramping up the capacity, as we would like to serve every single customer in India who wants to own a Harley Davidson and reduce the waiting period moving forward."
