Bajaj Auto has increased the prices of the Freedom 125 in India. The CNG motorcycle now starts at Rs. 1,04,058 (ex showroom) and continues to be available in three variants. However, Bajaj has not made any changes to the motorcycle's engine, features, or design.
The NG04 Drum variant has received the highest price increase of Rs. 12,492. It is now priced at Rs. 1,04,058, compared to Rs. 91,566 earlier. The NG04 Drum LED variant now costs Rs. 1,07,159, following a price hike of Rs. 2,982. Meanwhile, the NG04 Disc LED variant is now available at Rs. 1,17,459, which is Rs. 5,855 more than before.
| Variant | Old Price | New Price | Price Hike |
| NG04 Drum | Rs. 91,566 | Rs. 1,04,058 | Rs. 12,492 |
| NG04 Drum LED | Rs. 1,04,177 | Rs. 1,07,159 | Rs. 2,982 |
| NG04 Disc LED | Rs. 1,11,604 | Rs. 1,17,459 | Rs. 5,855 |
In addition, Bajaj's official website currently appears to have the prices of the NG04 Drum and NG04 Drum LED variants swapped. Perhaps the company will correct this listing soon.

The Freedom 125 continues with the same 124cc single cylinder engine that produces 9.5 PS and 9.7 Nm. It comes paired with a 5 speed gearbox, a 2 kg CNG tank, and a 2 litre petrol tank. Riders can easily switch between CNG and petrol while riding. Moreover, the frame, suspension, and braking setup remain unchanged.
The latest price hike is especially noticeable on the base variant. However, the motorcycle still offers the same dual fuel technology and low running costs. The Freedom 125 witnessed strong demand soon after its launch, with sales crossing 20,000 units during its first two months.
However, monthly sales later dropped to around 1,200 units in May 2026. Rising CNG prices and fuel availability could be among the reasons behind this decline.
