Ather 450X Gets Three New Stylish Colours in India

Ather has introduced three fresh colour options for the 450X electric scooter in India. The scooter is priced at Rs. 1.57 lakh (ex-showroom). These new shades come under the brand’s Overtone Series, which focuses on giving the scooter a more stylish and modern look.

The three new colours include Still White, Space Grey, and Lunar Grey. With these additions, Ather aims to offer more choices to riders who want a scooter that looks unique on the road.

What Makes These New Colours Special?

Each colour in the Overtone Series brings its own personality.

Still White

Still White comes with a clean white finish. In addition, it gets green and grey graphics that add a fresh and sporty touch.

Space Grey

Space Grey looks darker and more subtle. It features a deep grey shade with red and grey graphics. As a result, it gives the 450X a bold and premium feel.

Lunar Grey

Lunar Grey offers a lighter grey tone. It also includes dark grey and yellow graphics, which make it look bright and eye-catching.

Overall, the new designs of this Ather electric scooter will feel more stylish compared to the earlier single-tone colours.

New Faster Charger Added

In addition to the new colours, Ather has also introduced a more powerful charger. The company now provides a 900W charger as standard, replacing the older 700W unit.

Because of this upgrade, the charging time reduces by around 30 percent. This means users can spend less time waiting and more time riding.

No Change in Performance

However, Ather has not changed the mechanical parts of the scooter. The 450X continues to run on the same 6.4 kW motor. It delivers a top speed of 90 kmph, which suits both city rides and short highway trips.

The scooter still comes with two battery options. The 2.9 kWh battery offers a range of 126 km, while the larger 3.5 kWh battery delivers up to 161 km (IDC range).

Perhaps the biggest highlight of this update is the fresh look and faster charging. While the performance stays the same, the new colours and improved charger make the Ather 450X more appealing than before.
