2023 KTM Duke 200 Launched for Rs 1.96 Lakh - Know Updated Features!

KTM Duke is available at Rs. 1.96 Lakhs, with a more premium design

The KTM has recently made an improvement to the KTM 200 Duke by installing an LED headlamp, which is now priced at Rs 1.96 lakh, Ex-Showroom. The 200 Duke was the first-ever KTM product introduced in India. It also became the most long-standing model of KTM in the country.

Design and Styling of KTM Duke 200

A popular KTM model is introduced in India, becoming a long-standing favourite among locals. However, it was starting to show its age compared to newer Duke models like the 250 and 390. To address this, the company has given the 200 Duke an upgrade with a revamped headlight unit. It provides the necessary modernisation it needs. The Duke comes equipped with a headlamp unit that features 32 LEDs, 6 reflectors, and a unique LED DRL unit for added lighting.

Engine Specifications of Duke 200

The 200 Duke will continue with the same single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that makes 24bhp and 19.2Nm torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Unlike the 390 Duke, the 200 does not get a quick shifter. Additionally, disc brakes will still be included on the bike.

The motorcycle will feature dual-disc brakes with dual-channel ABS, USF forks, and a rear monoshock. It has alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, an underbelly exhaust, and other notable components. The 2023 KTM 200 Duke is updated with new features and colour choices, including Electronic Orange and Dark Silver Metallic. 

According to Sumeet Narang, President (Probiking) at Bajaj Auto Ltd, the LED headlamp upgrade enhances the motorcycle's overall look and premium feel. He also added that we are dedicated to enhancing our products, and this update is a testament to our ongoing efforts.
