2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Finally Launched at Rs 1,47,347 in India

Bajaj Auto has finally launched its much anticipated 2023 iteration of NS200, and it gets the biggest-ever upgrade! These upgrades will certainly affirm the bike against the new-age rivals in the market today. The company has launched Bajaj Pulsar NS200 with a price tag of Rs 1,47,347 (ex-showroom Delhi), Rs 6,681 higher than the 2022 model. 

The most prominent set of updates on the 2023 NS200 is a 33mm inverted fork, and the dual-channel ABS is now standard. In addition, ByBre calliper's petal discs are now replaced with 300mm front and 230mm rear circular disc brakes with Grimeca callipers. 

The engine of the 2023 Pusar NS200 remains unchanged. It is a 199cc, liquid-cooled engine that belts out 24.5 BHP and 18.5NM peak torque. But, the engine is now made BS6 Phase 2 ready. The engine is tuned to a 6-speed gearbox, the same as before, along with a perimeter frame and rear suspension system. The company claims the updated NS200 has a mileage of 37 kmpl. 

Bajaj has equipped NS200 with an updated 17-inch (weighing 1kg lighter) tyres that are wrapped with MRF Nylogrip Zapper FY2 rubber. The bike's overall weight is 158 kg, 1.5 kg lighter than the previous model. The lighter weight is due to the new wheels and front suspension.

As for the semi-digital instrument console, it continues to sport the same design as the 2022 model. But it now displays more information, including real-time mileage, gear-position indicator and distance to empty. Unfortunately, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 model continues to miss turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity. 

The new 2023 Pulsar NS200 is now better than ever and will directly compete with KTM 200 Duke & TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
