Yamaha Aerox-E

The Aerox E is a high performance urban scooter with an 117km range per charge (IDC). It has two removable 1.5 kWh lithium ion battery packs for a total of 3.0 kWh. Flexibility is another major feature, since riders can charge the batteries indoors, or even use one battery if necessary. These battery packs, however, do reduce the boot space to a tight 15 litres underneath the seat. 

• The scooter features a sleek LED headlight and all LED lighting setup that ensures high visibility and a futuristic look.

• The scooter rides on large 14 inch alloy wheels along with wide tubeless tyres, providing excellent high speed stability and grip.

• Integrated Y Connect smartphone connectivity offers turn by turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and detailed ride statistics directly on the screen.

The Yamaha Aerox E stands out as a high end, performance oriented electric scooter. This is the best option for those who prioritize speed, handling, and premium technology over entry level pricing. It is priced at Rs. 2.82 Lakh (ex showroom), which is slightly higher than its rivals such as Ather 450X or TVS X. 
 

Overall, underseat storage is limited, and the price is higher. However, its maximum speed, dual removable battery, and build quality make it a special option for EV enthusiasts.
