In addition, the company has started its international journey by entering its first overseas market through a new distribution partnership. This marks a major step in Hero's long term electric mobility plans.

VX2 and DIRT.E K3 Join the Overseas Lineup

Hero has introduced the Vida VX2 Plus, Vida VX2 Go, and the DIRT.E K3 electric off road bike in its first international market.

The VX2 Plus comes with two removable 2.2 kWh batteries, offering a combined 4.4 kWh capacity. It delivers a claimed real world range of 140 km, reaches a top speed of 90 kmph, and supports DC fast charging from 0 to 80% in 65 minutes.

Meanwhile, the VX2 Go features a single 2.2 kWh removable battery with a claimed range of 75 km and a top speed of 70 kmph. Both scooters support charging through a standard 5A socket. In addition, they offer connected features like navigation, geo fencing, call alerts, and OTA updates.

The DIRT.E K3 is designed for younger riders. It uses a 350W motor with a 360Wh removable battery and includes app based parental controls for added safety.

Hero Eyes Bigger Global Growth

Hero MotoCorp continues to lead the Indian two wheeler market with strong domestic sales. However, the company aims to strengthen its export business as well. Therefore, Vida's first international launch could become the starting point for a wider global expansion. With rising sales in India and new overseas opportunities, the electric brand appears well positioned for its next phase of growth.
