Hero MotoCorp has just launched a new Vida VX2 electric scooter at a surprisingly low price. But now, Hero has gone a step further by offering even lower prices under a limited-time introductory offer.
If you're looking for a smart, affordable, and tech-friendly electric scooter, this might just be your chance. The VX2 makes EVs more accessible with two variants, removable batteries, and smart features.
Hero initially launched the Vida VX2 Go variant at Rs 59,490 with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS). Now, under the new offer, this price has dropped to just Rs 44,990. Similarly, the version with a fixed battery now costs Rs 84,990 instead of Rs 99,490.
The Plus variant also gets a price drop of Rs 57,990 with BaaS (down from Rs 64,990) and Rs 99,990 with battery (down from Rs 1.10 lakh). This means you could save between Rs 7,000 and Rs 14,500, depending on the variant you choose. The offer is available for a limited time, so it’s a good idea to act fast.

The Hero Vida VX2 comes in two variants: Go and Plus. The Go variant features a single removable battery with a 2.2kWh capacity and offers a claimed range of up to 92km per charge. Meanwhile, the Plus variant comes with a bigger 3.4kWh battery setup and can deliver up to 142km of range.
Both batteries are removable, which makes them easier to charge at home. Moreover, the fast charging is supported too, you can charge up to 80% in just 60 minutes. That’s super convenient for busy daily users.
The VX2 scooters are loaded with a lot of modern and useful features. The Plus variant comes with a 4.3-inch TFT screen, while the Go variant gets a 4.3-inch LCD unit. Both support smartphone connectivity for ride stats, firmware updates, and navigation.
Hero has also added safety tech like cloud connectivity and remote immobilisation, which lets you track or even lock the scooter if needed. It feels like a premium feature set, especially at this price point.
The Vida VX2 is clearly designed with everyday use in mind. It has 33 litres of under-seat storage, enough for your daily carry items or an open-face helmet. While a full-face helmet may not fit, there’s still space for groceries or a bag.
The footboard is flat and roomy, adding to comfort. Available in seven different colours, it also looks stylish and modern. The ride is smooth over most city roads due to its 12-inch wheels and dual shock suspension.
Hero is building a supportive EV ecosystem. The company already offers over 3,600 public charging points and 500+ service centres across India. The Vida VX2 comes with a 5-year/50,000 km warranty, which adds peace of mind for new buyers.
If you opt for the BaaS model, Hero also promises free battery replacement if the health drops below 70%. These extras show Hero’s commitment to making EV ownership simple and worry-free.
