EICMA 2025: CFMoto 1000MT-X Unveiled for Adventure Touring

CFMoto has made a strong impression at the EICMA 2025 show in Milan with the launch of its new 1000MT-X. It is a flagship adventure motorcycle built for both long-distance comfort and everyday usability. The brand says the new bike opens the next chapter for its MT line, focusing on long-range touring while staying easy to handle in the city. 

Powerful and Lightweight Setup

The CFMoto 1000MT-X is a 946.2cc parallel-twin engine that produces 110bhp and 105Nm of torque. The motor comes with Bosch MSE 9.0 EFI, which helps deliver smooth throttle response and clean power delivery.  

Weighing only 56kg, the engine uses a lightweight alloy crankcase and finely machined camshafts to help the bike maintain an impressive dry weight of 199kg. This makes it agile for its size while still offering serious touring performance. 

Built for Comfort and Control

The motorcycle rides on a steel frame paired with fully adjustable KYB suspension, giving it the ability to tackle both highways and rough trails. It also features 7-series aluminium rims, which are lighter yet stronger than standard alloys. The bike features Brembo components, while a Bosch 6-axis IMU brings cornering ABS, traction control, and five riding modes for added confidence in all conditions. 

On the road, Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres help balance grip between tarmac and dirt. The rider’s cockpit gets a modern eight-inch TFT display, which is durable and easy to read, and controls most of the bike’s key systems. 

Long-Range Touring Focus

CFMoto has equipped the 1000MT-X with a 22.5-litre fuel tank, promising a range of over 450km on mixed routes. Apart from this, the comfort features such as cruise control, heated grips, and a heated seat make long rides easier.  

There’s also TPMS, adjustable handlebars and screen, and handguards for practicality. The brand also showcased a one-off 1000MT-X Crafted concept to show the bike’s custom potential, featuring special bronze and satin finishes.
