E3 Electric.Ai Starts E3 TRION Production in Hyderabad, Deliveries From October 7

Bengaluru, October 5, 2026: E3 Electric.Ai has started production of its intelligent electric scooter, the E3 TRION, at its Hyderabad manufacturing facility. The company will begin customer deliveries in batches from October 7, 2026, which also marks its second anniversary.

The company has completed an extensive development and testing programme before starting production. It carried out more than 550 Design Validation Plan (DVP) tests, accelerated durability tests and mixed-terrain road trials to check the scooter’s performance, safety and durability in different riding conditions.

Production Starts Ahead of October 7 Deliveries

E3 Electric.Ai has now moved the E3 TRION from development to production following the completion of its validation programme. The company says it focused on testing the scooter in conditions that reflect everyday riding across India.

Deliveries will start in planned batches from October 7. This date also marks the company’s second anniversary, making the occasion an important milestone for E3 Electric.Ai.

The first 100 customers will form the company’s founding-owner community. They will also receive additional ownership benefits as part of the launch.

550+ Tests Conducted Before Production

The company conducted more than 550 Design Validation Plan (DVP) tests during the development programme. These tests covered areas such as power performance, range and braking.

The testing included chassis dynamometer power testing, range testing and brake-pressure sensor validation. In addition, E3 Electric.Ai conducted accelerated durability testing on a Cam Drum Test Rig with a 205 kg payload.

The scooter also went through water-wading tests at depths of 100 mm to 300 mm at different speeds. Furthermore, the company carried out heavy rainstorm and water-wash tests to check its performance in wet conditions.

260-km Road Trial Covers Mixed Terrain

However, the company did not limit its validation work to controlled testing facilities. It also took the scooter on a 260-km mixed-terrain round trip from Bengaluru to Hogenakkal and back.

The route included mountain roads, sharp bends, gradients and rough surfaces. This allowed the company to assess the vehicle across different road conditions and check how it performs outside controlled environments.

Together, these tests helped E3 Electric.Ai assess the scooter’s readiness for everyday use on Indian roads.

Three Variants for Different Customer Groups

The E3 TRION will be available in three variants: C1, C1X and C2. The company has positioned the variants for youngsters, families and business users.

The C1 comes with a 2.3 kWh battery, while the C1X and C2 use a 3 kWh battery. The three variants will reach customers in planned phases.

In addition, buyers will have six colour options: Nova Blue, Teal Blue, Graphite Grey, Misty Green, Solar Red and Luna White.

First 100 Buyers Get Extended Warranty

E3 Electric.Ai will provide special benefits to its first 100 customers. Each founding owner will receive the company’s 8Y100K+ extended warranty for the battery and key parts of the scooter.

The warranty covers these components for 8 years or 1 lakh km, whichever comes first, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

In addition, the first 100 owners will receive E3 Wingman, which includes one year of roadside assistance. The company values these benefits at ₹6,500 for the C1 with its 2.3 kWh battery and ₹8,500 for the C1X and C2 with their 3 kWh batteries.
