2025 Yamaha Aerox 155 Version S Launched with New Colours

Yamaha has launched the 2025 Aerox 155 Version S in India with exciting updates. The new scooter now costs Rs 1,53,430 (ex-showroom), which is Rs 1,730 more than before. It now comes in two new colours: Racing Blue and Ice Fluo Vermillion. Along with the cosmetic update, it also gets an OBD-2 B-compliant engine. Let’s break down what’s new in the 2025 model.

Two New Colours for a Sportier Look

The biggest change is the introduction of two new shades. The Racing Blue option gives the scooter Yamaha’s iconic blue colour. You’ll find blue paint on the body panels, apron, and wheels. It looks sharp and feels like a smaller version of the Yamaha R15.

The Ice Fluo Vermillion colour is for those who like bold looks. Moreover, it comes with a mix of black and white on the body. It also has red-colored branding and red alloy wheels. This colour helps the scooter stand out more on the road.

Same Powerful Engine, Now Cleaner

The scooter remains the same but is now OBD-2B compliant. That means the engine meets the latest emission standards. It still uses a 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that makes 15PS and 13.9Nm of torque. This is the most powerful engine among scooters in India right now.

The Aerox 155 uses a telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers. It rides on 14-inch alloy wheels and uses tubeless tyres. Furthermore, it has a 230mm front disc and a 130mm rear drum.

Smart Features and Sporty Feel

Yamaha has kept all the cool features that riders love. The Version S comes with a smart key, keyless ignition, and even a traction control system. It also gets single-channel ABS, which makes it safer to ride.

Moreover, it has a VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) system that helps improve performance and efficiency. You can also use the key fob to locate your scooter, which is handy in crowded parking areas.

The new Aerox 155 Version S will only be available at Yamaha Blue Square showrooms. Deliveries are expected to begin later this month.
