Overall Good Experience

Mujhe Benling Aura electric scooter pasand hai kyunki iska design bahut hi stylish hai aur riding experience bhi kafi acha hai. Main ise rozana use karta hoon aur mujhe lagta hai ki iska mileage bhi kafi accha hai, jo ki mere liye important hai kyunki main daily commuting karta hoon. Charging time bhi manageable hai aur iska pickup bhi kafi achha hai.

Service Issues

Mera experience Benling Aura ke saath thoda mixed raha hai. Scooter ka look aur initial performance accha tha, lekin kuch samay baad mujhe battery mein dikkat hone lagi. Jab maine customer service se sampark kiya, toh unka response bahut slow tha. Unhone meri problems ko seriously nahi liya aur mujhe koi proper solution nahi diya.

Kafi Achha Scooter Hai

Maine Benling Aura electric scooter li hai aur mujhe yeh kafi achha laga. Iska design bahut stylish hai aur ride bhi smooth hai. Main ise rozana office jaane ke liye istemal karta hoon aur mujhe iski mileage bhi kafi pasand hai. Ek baar charge karne par yeh lagbhag 60 km tak chalti hai, jo mere liye perfect hai. Charging time bhi theek hai, lagbhag 4 ghante lagte hain. Lekin ek dikkat yeh hai ki kabhi-kabhi customer service thodi slow hoti hai. Overall, main is scooter se khush hoon aur sabko recommend karunga.

Disappointed with the Serviceq

I bought the Benling Aura a few months ago, and I have mixed feelings about it. While the scooter looked great and rode well initially, I faced some issues with it soon after my purchase. The battery performance started to decline after just a few weeks, and I found it difficult to get support from customer service. Whenever I called them for help, they either needed to be more responsive or provide useful solutions. I expected better service for the price I paid. Although the scooter has good features like a digital display and decent speed, the need for more reliable customer support really dampened my experience. I hope they improve their service in the future.
