Suzuki Launched Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Edition in India: Rs 80,000 Pricier Than Standard Model

Suzuki Motorcycle India has just launched a special version of the Hayabusa in India to celebrate its 25th anniversary. This Hayabusa bike is priced at Rs 17.70 lakh (ex-showroom) In India. This special edition Hayabusa bike costs Rs 80,000 more than the standard model. It comes with a unique orange and black colour scheme called Glass Blaze Orange and Glass Sparkle Black. 

This Hayabusa bike features special touches like a gold anodised drive chain adjuster and a 25th-anniversary logo engraving on the exhaust muffler. The Hayabusa Kanji logo adorns the drive chain, adding to its exclusivity. It aims to celebrate the legendary status of the Hayabusa, which first hit the roads in 1999.

The Suzuki Hayabusa still packs the same powerful 1,340cc inline four-cylinder engine that delivers 187 bhp @ 9,700 rpm and 150 Nm of torque @ 7,000 rpm. Moreover, the Suzuki Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration bike’s engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox. 

It utilises Ride-by-Wire electronic throttle bodies with dual fuel injectors for precise fuel delivery, aided by pressurised air from Suzuki Ram Air Direct (SRAD) intakes in the fairing's nose. The Hayabusa's top speed is 300 kmph, and it offers three riding modes: Mode A, B, and C. 

Hayabusa features inverted telescopic forks at the front and a link-type setup at the rear end. It also equips dual-channel ABS, with a 320 mm disc at the front and a 260 mm disc at the rear. This setup ensures powerful and reliable braking performance. 

25th Anniversary Celebration Hayabusa Bike Features 

The Hayabusa comes with a TFT instrument console and electronic riding aids like traction control, wheelie control, engine brake control, launch control, a bi-directional quick-shifter, and hill assist. It also features the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.).

This Hayabusa bike features LED headlights to offer clear illumination and visibility. Moreover, at the rear, it has a bold LED taillight and turn signal design for enhanced safety and style.
