FADA (Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations) has announced its November 2025 sales report, which registered a YoY decline of 3.10 % and a MoM decline of 19.16%.
In November 2025, the industry clocked in a total sales volume of 25,46,184 units, whereas in November 2024, the industry saw sales of 26,27,617 units. This resulted in a 3.10% degrowth in YoY. Moreover, a 19.16% decline in MoM sales is observed, as sales figures in October 2025 were 31,49,846 units.

Two-wheeler retail sales in November 2025 reflected mixed performance across major OEMs. Some brands recorded strong double-digit growth, while others witnessed declines in both sales volume and market share. Here is a detailed breakdown of how each manufacturer performed during the month.
Hero MotoCorp remained the market leader with 8,86,002 units sold in November 2025, compared to 9,17,174 units in November 2024. This resulted in a YoY decline of 3.40%, signalling a slight drop in demand. The Hero company’s market share also reduced by 0.31%, though it continued to dominate overall retail sales.
Honda secured second position with 6,06,284 units in November 2025. This was lower than 6,57,115 units sold in November 2024, marking a YoY decline of 7.74%. The company also saw a 4.78% drop in market share, indicating rising competitive pressure in the scooter and commuter segments.
TVS registered 4,45,617 units in November 2025, up from 4,23,078 units in November 2024. This translated to a healthy 5.33% YoY growth. The company also increased its market share by 8.70%, demonstrating steady demand across its motorcycles, scooters, and electric models.
Bajaj Auto sold 2,58,585 units in November 2025, compared to 3,05,253 units in the previous year. This represents a 15.29% decline in sales, along with a 12.58% drop in market share, suggesting weaker performance in the mid-range and export-dependent categories.
Royal Enfield continued its strong momentum with 1,15,353 units sold in November 2025, rising from 96,302 units in November 2024. This delivered an impressive 19.78% YoY growth. The company’s market share also increased by 23.61%, highlighting robust demand in the premium-middleweight segment.
Suzuki recorded 1,04,638 units in November 2025, up from 92,548 units in November 2024. The brand posted a solid 13.06% growth, supported by scooters and commuter motorcycles. Suzuki’s market share also saw a 16.68% improvement, strengthening its position in the urban mobility segment.
Yamaha sold 70,929 units in November 2025, compared to 68,574 units in November 2024. This reflects a 3.43% YoY increase. The brand also recorded a 6.74% rise in market share, suggesting improved traction for its sporty commuter lineup.
Ather delivered one of the strongest performances with 20,349 units sold in November 2025, rising from 12,963 units in November 2024. This resulted in a massive 56.98% YoY growth, along with a 62.00% jump in market share, driven by its expanding EV footprint.
Ola Electric witnessed a sharp decline, selling 8,402 units in November 2025 versus 29,322 units the previous year. This translated to a 71.35% sales drop, with market share falling by 70.43%, indicating severe slowdown in demand or distribution changes.
Greaves Electric sold 5,764 units in November 2025, up from 4,471 units in November 2024. This resulted in 28.92% YoY growth and a 33.04% rise in market share, marking steady progress in affordable EV offerings.
Classic Legends posted 5,756 units in November 2025, compared to 4,277 units in November 2024. The company achieved 34.58% YoY growth, with its market share rising by 38.88%, reflecting growing interest in Jawa and Yezdi models.
Piaggio sold 3,348 units in November 2025, up slightly from 3,187 units in November 2024. This is a 5.05% sales growth, with an 8.41% rise in market share, indicating stable performance in the premium scooter category.
BGauss delivered 2,566 units in November 2025, rising from 1,881 units in November 2024. The brand reported 36.42% YoY growth, with market share increasing by 40.78%, supported by its expanding EV portfolio.
The “Others Including EV” category recorded 12,591 units in November 2025 versus 11,472 units last year, resulting in 9.75% YoY growth. The group also saw a 13.26% improvement in market share, driven by new small-scale EV brands entering the market.
