It Solved a Problem I Had Every Day!

Getting out of a narrow parking spot used to be the hardest part of my ride. The reverse assist changed that completely, and now it takes only a few seconds. I also like that the 3 to 3.5 hour charging time doesn't keep me waiting for long. I charge it, get on with my day, and the scooter is ready when I need it again. That's the kind of convenience I was looking for.
